Growth Partners Inc. (hereinafter, "the Company") ensures transparency in management by making fair and timely disclosures of corporate information and actively engaging in IR activities. Additionally, to gain the trust and proper evaluation from stakeholders, the Company aims to improve its long-term corporate value by providing feedback to management based on constructive dialogue and stakeholders' opinions and evaluations.

2. Disclosure Standards and Methods

The Company will disclose information in compliance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and the disclosure regulations set by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Additionally, even information that does not fall under these regulations but may have a material impact on investment decisions or may be useful in deepening understanding of the Company will be disclosed proactively, considering timeliness and fairness.

3. Management of Insider Information

The Company has established internal trading management regulations to appropriately manage important corporate information and prevent insider trading. Based on these regulations, the Company conducts briefing sessions and training for executives and employees to ensure thorough understanding and promote awareness.

4. Treatment of Earnings Forecasts and Forward-Looking Information

The Company’s disclosures of plans, estimates, forecasts, and other forward-looking information are based on the information available at the time of disclosure and reasonable assumptions. These projections include risks and uncertainties. Actual results may differ from the disclosed forecasts due to various factors, including changes in economic conditions and other uncertainties.

5. Quiet Period

To prevent leaks before announcements and ensure fairness, the Company has established a quiet period from the day after the end of each fiscal quarter until the day of earnings announcement. During this period, the Company will not respond to questions or comments regarding the earnings results. However, if an important fact occurs during the quiet period that may significantly impact stakeholders, or if required by laws or disclosure regulations, the Company will disclose it, regardless of the quiet period.

The Company strives to improve and maintain its internal system to ensure appropriate disclosure of information in compliance with this Disclosure Policy and relevant laws and regulations.
