Supporting the digitalization of 『Candle Night @ Shinjuku』and revitalization of the local community

In 2018, Odakyu Electric Railway Co.Ltd (小田急電鉄株式会社）started 『Candle Night @ Shinjuku』 in Shinjuku Central Park as one of Shinjuku's community development measures in cooperation with the local community, and since 2020, Growth xPartners Group has developed and provided digital services as a co-sponsor.

This event has been held every year during the Christmas season as one of the promotions of the 「Shinjuku Grand Terminal」 since 2021, expanding its scale beyond the framework of East and West by establishing another venue in the plaza in front of the JR Shinjuku Station East Exit Station. We will continue to contribute to Shinjuku Station Redevelopment Plan utilizing digital technology by leveraging our experience and expertise in DX promotion.

Nurturing IT personnels via 『Technical Research Part-time』program　

This is a program that supports students to pursue their own interests in IT and digital technology and to create innovations. Our employees provide technical support for research and development based on the theme chosen by the students themselves, and the students are paid a part-time job to fund their activities based on the reports they submit.

By supporting students' exploration of new ideas and approaches and providing financial support for their activities, we have provided an environment in which they can grow and achieve their potential.

Additionally, since 2021, the GxP Technical Research Part-time Team has been participating in the 『Tsukuba Challenge』, an event that is an experiment for autonomous navigation robotics, and we have been a sponsor of this event as well.

Participating in『NIPPON IT Charity Ekiden』to tackle social issues in IT Industry

We became a platinum sponser of『NIPPON IT Charity Ekiden』,which supports the employment of young people in IT Industry through running race -「Ekiden」.

The funds raised from the “NIPPON IT Charity Ekiden” are donated to FDA (Future Dream Achievement), a NPO that supports the employment of people who have difficulty finding work in the IT industry, The event is an activity to support young people who are striving to overcome the challenges of the present through Ekiden, in which participants help and encourage each other toward the same goal, and support and connect with other young people who will lead the future.

In support of the purpose of this event, we have been a platinum sponsor since 2015 with 20 runners participating every year to boost the activities of the association.

The Ethical Association of Japan was established in 2015 as the first ethical organization in Japan. With the aim of realizing a sustainable society where ethical living is the measurement of happiness, the association promotes and educates people about ethical thinking and consumption through ethical concierge courses, lectures, cooperation with companies and government agencies, and policy proposals. The organization is dedicated to promoting ethical consumption.
